A: in the structure, the daily maintenance work of pneumatic tools is mainly divided into two parts

1: the maintenance of the power part of the lubrication of the air motor part before and after each use of the tool by the tool air inlet 3 to 4 drops of special pneumatic maintenance oil to reduce the wear of the internal blade, prolong the service life of the tool, the basic steps are as follows:

1) Unplug the high pressure intake pipe of the tool before use

2) Add 3~5 drops of liquid oil for pneumatic tools from the inlet interface.Connect the tool to the high pressure air source, and cover the vent hole with rags or towels.Start the tool, forward and reverse for 20~30 seconds, when the high-pressure air is connected to the operation, the lubricating oil will be discharged from the back hole

3) After use, put the tool into the high pressure inlet pipe again and repeat the above steps (2)

2: transmission and impact frame group maintenance

Impact on group of part and gear lubrication, should use appropriative butter or high temperature grease depending on the tools of work, the drive torque wrench and shock group need half a month to a month's time to do a lubrication and maintenance, and air ratchet wrench transmission and ratchet device at least twice a week or more lubrication and maintenance, basic steps are as follows:

1) Unplug the high pressure intake pipe of the tool

2) Remove the screws on the front cover (or unscrew the front handle) to clean the residual grease inside the front cover and on the impact frame group

3) Apply appropriate amount of special butter or heat-resistant grease on the impact frame group, and then lock the front cover (or handle).

4) Connect the overhead pressure tube, gently start the trigger and run idling for 20~30 seconds to lubricate the whole mechanical unit with grease

1) During disassembly and assembly, do not disassemble any parts that do not need repair or replacement

2) Please be careful to avoid damage to tools or parts during disassembly and assembly

3) When disassembling, no impurities shall enter

Two: the use of pneumatic tools need to pay attention to

1) Use under normal working pressure (0.62MPa), often use pneumatic tools under ultra-high pressure, will greatly reduce the service life of the pneumatic tool itself

2) Before use, check the condition of the parts and accessories of the tool to ensure that there is no damage or looseness;In order to avoid danger or life injury when using, check whether the air pressure tube is fragile or damaged. If the above situation is found, please update and replace it immediately to ensure safe operation and use

3) When operating, try to wear goggles, earplugs and masks to maintain their own safety. Do not wear loose clothes, scarves, ties or hand ornaments during operation, so as not to be involved by moving or rotating parts and cause danger

4) In use, do not knock down or impact the pneumatic tools and high pressure air pipe, keep the high pressure pipe unobstructed, avoid bending or excessive pulling

5) Never point tools at yourself or others

6) When replacing worn parts, please use special parts

Three: wearing parts of pneumatic tools

Pneumatic tools in the use of the process, due to normal loss, improper operation, or other factors, may lead to tool failure pneumatic tool failure is generally shown as the tool does not rotate or rotation is weak parts prone to failure:

1) the power part: because it depends on the compressed air to drive the blade to drive the rotor to rotate and work, so the use of the process will be normal loss of blades and bearings, easy to cause the tool weak or non-rotating wear parts: rotor, blade, end plate, bearing, semicircle key, O-ring, cylinder block, pin, etc

2) The transmission part relies on the compressed air to drive the blade to drive the rotor to rotate, and then works through the rotor gear and transmission shaft transmission. Due to the wear and tear of gear and bearings and other accessories, the tool is unable to rotate or does not rotate easily. The gear and the matching bearing are the wearing parts

3) blow part pneumatic wrench and wind are relying on the compressed air driving blades to drive the rotor rotation, the rotor driven on part of the work, because the blow shaft, blow piece, such as mechanical parts wear, rupture, can cause tool does not turn or rotate the weakness parts of: blow shaft, blow block (hammer), hit box (room, blow pin

4) The intake part is due to normal wear and tear or other reasons, resulting in wear and tear of the intake and other accessories. The fracture vulnerable parts are: intake interface, spring, jacking rod, O-ring and sealing gasket

5) The vulnerable parts of the switch are: trigger, pin, steel ball (air valve), etc

6) Due to the wear or jump of the positioning steel ball and the fracture of the air change valve, the gear position is not fixed when the tool is working. The positive and negative control of the reversing valve has a slight series movement phenomenon. The wearing parts are: steel ball, locking screw, air change valve, gear opening and closing, etc
